Site survey

Survey the job site to define the task, clarifying the purpose of the track matz and what equipment or traffic it will support.
Evaluate any access obstacles, noting particular challenges like slopes or narrow gateways.
Take precise measurements to ensure adequate coverage and fit.

Detailed proposal

Develop a site plan featuring detailed drawings of our suggested solution.
Calculate the approximate number of track matz needed.
Supply all critical documents, including risk assessments, method statements, and crew certifications.
Present a comprehensive quotation and set the installation date.

Installation

Adjust charges based on actual track matz used during installation.
Conduct site induction if necessary.
Carefully offload the Track Matz using one of our Telehandlers, while safely laying the mats to your bespoke configuration

Collection

Schedule a collection date.
Dispatch a crew to dismantle and retrieve the track matz.
Obtain your sign-off and provide all relevant paperwork.
